Received my son's HS photos bent. Mailman shoved in my mailbox. Not Lors fault, I know that. But, I reached out to them to see if they can do anything. They sent school photos via mail in a standard manila mailer envelope with thin cardboard inside. Not ideal packaging for photos by far! No response from them at all...crickets. After reading a lot of these reviews, it's apparent they don't care. Very poor customer service. Oh, and I did try calling several times. Phone just rings and rings and rings...
