My first interaction with the SRS team was a high-rise project in a downtown setting where we needed to remediate scratches from windows on a large scale. The polishers did a good job, and the foremen provided for my project were responsive and kept me informed as progress was made and made themselves available to work with the constraints and deadlines the project needed. Since then, I have moved on to another project and look forward to the SRS team working with us to help create and implement precautionary and remedial protocols.
