At this point, I have serious questions whether LegalEASE is a legitimate business venture.

We have a plan with LegalEASE via our employer. After several attempts to secure a referral for a lawyer to assist with a routine real estate transaction, we were finally referred to counsel (only after I raised a complaint) in a different state than the state where the real estate is located. When we called LegalEASE to ask for a referral for a lawyer in the appropriate state, the representative apologized for the obvious mistake (because I specified the property location when I began the request) and promised a 24 hour turn around for a more suitable referral. Well, it s past 24 hours, and still no referral.

I began this process to for the referral nearly 2 weeks ago. Now I m under needless pressure due to a quickly approaching closing date.
