As a customer, I had a fairly average experience with Inspektionen för arbetslöshetsförsäkringen, iaf. The service provided was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The staff was polite and helpful, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
