The services provided by Karus vzw were average. They were able to meet our basic needs but there is definitely room for improvement. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The staff was polite and helpful. However, the response time was a bit slow and we had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, an average experience.
