This group is made up of many (21!) Consulting firms in order to limit the number of employees per company and not to allow the election of staff representatives, some employees would have made a request for elections and would have been pushed towards the exit (see in more detail a collective which carries the legal procedure).

For my personal story, a mission was carried out successfully from start to finish for a period of 1 year and a half and at the end of the mission, the president summoned the consultant and made moral harassment (racist and sexist remarks ) to push for conventional rupture.

Horrible experience, very little management during the mission, absolutely to be avoided.
