I have been a customer of Sumbera for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit too long to get assistance. Overall, I would rate my experience with Sumbera as average.
