I have been a loyal customer of an IT company for several years, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. While they do provide the basic IT services that we need, their response time could be improved. There were also a few instances where we experienced technical glitches that took longer than expected to resolve. Overall, they are decent, but I believe there is room for improvement.
