I would NOT recommend this dealership or its service department to anyone. We bought the 1st 2017 Elantra that they sold , on the 1st oil change they looked everything over and all was fine, I brought it in myself. For the next 2 services however that was not the case, we were told that the alignments were very bad & something needed to be done immediately, I took it to NTB to have it checked out & it wasn't even off a degree, yesterday my wife took it back & was charged $181 for the service of cleaning the fuel system that a $12 can of Seafoam Coudersport of done just as well if not better. She was told if she didn't it could void the warranty. At that same time she was told about the air filter, another $49 but because she didn't have enough cash on her they said it would be fine to wait until next service, car only has 16,000 on it? I called the salesman who sold us the car Paul Flores, he stated that he couldn't believe that they were trying to UPSALE US like that & that he would have a talk with the GMAIL about it but from now on call him 1st & he would be sure that it didn't happen to us again. UPSALE must be a new term for SHAFTING A CUSTOMER....If you are looking for a new or used car stay away from these UPSALERS....
