If you go with a gift voucher the basically change...

If you go with a gift voucher the basically change their initial behaviour with you.
They make you wait long, first the other customers, even if they arrive later than you.
Also, they change the original menu for one specific to the voucher which have far less options...
The food is not worth, not even with a free voucher...it is a 'wanna be' Italian restaurant...
