I recently hired a contractor to do some work on my house. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results. However, I would like to mention that the company did not provide the level of customer service I expected. The communication was poor, and it was difficult to get a hold of someone when I had questions or concerns. Overall, the work was good, but the customer service needs improvement.
