I recently used Travel celerity for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I was expecting more from their customer service. The response time was slow and the representatives seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, it was an okay experience with room for improvement.
