I had mixed feelings about this travel agency. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was not great. The itinerary was poorly planned, and there were several issues during the trip. Although the staff tried to address the problems, it didn't fully make up for the disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this travel agency.
