We had a scheduled furnace maintenance and cleaning appointment this morning, We'd been having some problems with the humidifier attached to the furnace and I'd mentioned this when scheduling the appointment.

Bob, the Airquip technician, pulled the unit apart to try and figure out the issue and after some discussion we decided to replace the control unit. Bob worked with Charlie at the office to get a replacement unit and took care of the issue.

Thank you Bob and Charlie. You're professionalism and knowledge and excellent customer service are much appreciated and makes us very happy that we have had you and your company looking after us these many years.
