I had a mixed experience with Spectrum fusion. While the company's website was quite informative and easy to navigate, the customer service left much to be desired. I found their response time to be quite slow and their representatives seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. However, the product itself was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
