I recently hired a design agency to work on my project, and I must say that I was somewhat disappointed with the results. While the design was decent, it lacked the creativity and uniqueness I was expecting. However, the communication with the team was smooth and the project was completed on time. If I had to choose again, I might consider exploring other options.
