I have been a customer of Pt. Bumi Nusa Jaya for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service is okay, although sometimes it can take a while to get a response. Overall, I would say that they are a reliable company, but there's nothing really outstanding about them.
