I decided to use a local independent estate agents and am very glad that I did. I have had attentive, individual service and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Any questions that couldn't be answered at once were soon sorted out and I was kept up to date on the progress of my sale at all stages.

I specifically decided on Money Properties because part of their commission fee is paid to a local charity and I wanted to contribute to my local community.
