🧘 New Day Yoga is an amazing place to practice yoga. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also very passionate about what they do. The classes are challenging yet accessible to yogis of all levels. The studio has a peaceful ambiance that helps me find my inner peace. I've been attending their classes for a while now and it has truly become a sanctuary for me. Highly recommended! 🙏
