I am very impressed with Aikido Multnomah Aikikai! The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, and the classes are well-structured. The techniques taught here are practical and effective. I especially enjoy the friendly and supportive atmosphere in the dojo. The training has greatly improved my physical fitness and mental clarity. I highly recommend Aikido Multnomah Aikikai to anyone interested in learning martial arts.
