I walked into Trek with a major issue on my bike 4...

I walked into Trek with a major issue on my bike 4 days before the Seattle to Portland bike ride. They stopped took my bike found the problem and got me back on the road again. Thanks Trek for taking the time to fix my bike so I can make this journey.
