I ordered an HP laptop battery but was disappointed to see I was sent a different substituted one. I really wanted an original after having bad experiences with non-genuine hp laptop batteries so I called to ask for a refund. They promptly refunded the full amount (including shipping charges) and even let me keep the substitute encouraging me to try it. I was pleasantly surprised I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of returning the product and would definitely come back for any parts I need in the future. They didn't need to do that and I've never had an issue dealt with so quickly.
