I recently booked a vacation rental and used Only Mallorca. I must say their service was average. The website was easy to navigate and find the perfect property. Customer service was lacking though. They were slow to respond and it took multiple tries to get an answer. Overall, the booking process was smooth but the lack of communication was irritating. Hoping they improve their service soon.
