I recently had the pleasure of trying Waves Of Grain Bakery's bread, and it was fantastic. The texture was spot on, and the taste was full-bodied and delicious. The only complaint I have is that the loaves are slightly smaller than expected. However, the quality of the bread more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning for more of their artisanal bread!
