Let me first start off by saying I was born in San Diego and spent most of my life here. This is the ONLY hotel I will ever stay in again when visiting San Diego. I am a Four Seasons gal, and this place surpasses the Four Seasons, anywhere and I've stayed in all of them traveling on business. All of the employees, from the cleaning crew, door men, servers, front desk crew, were kind, professional and helpful. The location is beautiful. No complaints what so ever. You can walk to the beach, shopping, dining...what's not not like?
