Prism Cycles offers an average selection of bikes. They have a decent variety, but nothing that really stands out. I bought a bike from them a few months ago, and while it's a decent bike, it doesn't really exceed my expectations. The customer service was alright, nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an average experience with Prism Cycles.
