Even the one star given is undeserved. I don't write reviews, but thought i would just to vent. If someone in charge reads this? For heavens sake... take action. Bunch of fools in this State. Really stupid how the website directs you to call in to resolve a question and the phone recording says go to our website to resolve issues. You make it through the hurdles on the phone only to be told that it may be a long wait... well ok... i will wait, but no... IT HANGS UP AND SAYS GOODBYE!!! WTH??!! I finally worked a little and marked it as such on my continued claim, it said i now must call to speak to someone, fine but no one answers (ever!) tried all day, every day... hourly ...all week) pretended to be an employer with a question, and hey someone answered... wow, he told me id be better off going down in person, (really) he could not and did not help me himself. BS

Get properly automated in a way that makes sense, is easy to navigate, and actually can resolve issues itself. That is if you plan to keep staff who suck. Or hire better trained people and (enough) of them to handle the job set in front of them. Idiots! Why create all this animosity? fix it dangit!
