I had a mixed experience with EM technology. While their products were reliable and of high quality, their customer service was lacking. There were delays in getting responses to my inquiries, and when I did finally get a response, it wasn't very helpful. However, their products did meet my expectations and I was satisfied with the overall quality. I would say that EM technology is an average company.
