I think MAPWatch is an average company. Their website mapwatch.net offers a good range of products, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The ordering process was smooth, but when I had a problem with my order, it took ages to get a response from their support team. Overall, my experience with MAPWatch was satisfactory, but I expected better.
