The flight booking service provided by All India Airfares Guide is average. They were able to find me a suitable flight at a reasonable price, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and they weren't very helpful or friendly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing exceptional.
