Termo-in is an average company. They provide decent services, but nothing exceptional. I have used their products for a while, and I haven't come across any major issues. Overall, I would say they are reliable. However, their customer support could be improved. It takes a while for them to respond to queries and sometimes the staff can be a bit unhelpful.
