I am an artist aiming to be one of the most important glass artists in the world. To date I have achieved solo exhibitions in museums, art centers and galleries across the U.S., won numerous awards, been written about in a variety of art publications, been invited to teach in three countries, my art is in several prominent collections including the Oakland Museum of California, the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, Mayor of Okayama, Japan, Lord Mayor of Dublin, Ireland, the Weyerhauser collection, etc. I studied and later returned to teach at Pilchuck Glass School, founded by artist Dale Chihuly. I served on the boards of the Glass Alliance of Northern California and the Bay Area Glass Institute.

Integral to my accomplishments has been my learning with The Aji Network. They offer a plan or guide The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy that can be used in any business or career. I have used The ASFS to design all aspects of my career surrounding the art making - business plans, project plans, defining objectives, writings, networking, presentations, etc.

I began this career in 2001, leaving my prior career in corporate organizational development and training. In these fourteen years, starting with zero art education, I have accomplished more than most artists accomplish in their entire careers. I credit The Aji Network, and their practical education in how to think and act competitively in the business world, for accelerating my career achievements.
