As a customer, I found the services provided by this credit union to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided basic information about the company and its offerings. However, I felt that the website lacked some key features that would have made my experience more convenient. For instance, there was no option to apply for loans or credit cards online, which meant I had to visit a branch in-person to complete those processes.
Another area of improvement is the customer service. While the staff was generally pleasant, they often seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to address my queries. Additionally, I was disappointed by the limited range of financial products and services available. The credit union could benefit from expanding their offerings to better meet the needs of their diverse customer base.
Overall, the company provided an average experience. While the basics were covered, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of convenience and product offerings.
