Where do I start, on Wednesday before thanksgiving...

Where do I start, on Wednesday before thanksgiving they posted a jeep for $10700, I requested info, they returned with a phone call and said it was available, I said like to look at it but my wife was having surgery that day and it would be Friday morning before I could get down there I would put deposit to hold if need be, they said no need being they would be closed Thursday, Friday I showed up at 9 am and the jeep already had a tag on it, they said it was sold to a manager, so I believe they did a Bate offer, so that said I wouldn't recommend them
