I recently used a real estate agency to find a new home, and I came across this particular one. I must say, I had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed property listings, which was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and did not provide adequate information about the properties I was interested in. Additionally, the response time was quite slow, which was frustrating. I also felt that their fees were slightly higher compared to other agencies in the area. On the positive side, they did manage to find me a decent property that met most of my requirements. Overall, it was an average experience, not outstanding but not terrible either.
