BCBS of AL has a few good articles their website but it is not user friendly and hard to navigate to find what you are looking for. The biggest problem for me is that the claims have no useful detail information on them at all. So you may as well request paper copies of your claims be mailed to you and then call the doctor's office to see what the claim was for.
