As we all know it's one of the biggest shopping malls in Asia and undoubtedly biggest one in Bangladesh. You can find a lot of brand shops here. It's spacious and the air conditioning always works which means you don't feel hot and sweaty (unlike bashundhara city) . These are the good things about this place. But lack of varieties makes it hard to get everything you needed. The worst part is they don't have maps or direction to the shops. It's easy to get lost and not finding the store you wanted to visit. They have 5 different courts. All of them look same expect the name. They have a map only in front of the escalator but again you have to walk a lot just to see that and again you can get lost. The design isn't shoppers friendly at all. But if you go there every now and then you can get a little bit more comfortable.
