Visited Za Za Bazaar Bristol at lunchtime today. I reserved a table although we were slightly into their lunchtime slot which ended at 4:45pm. I told the young lady on reception that my wife was going to make her way in from home and she said that as long as we got in before 4pm it would be fine. I called my wife and she drove in from Portishead. When she arrived at Bristol we walked into Za Za Bazaar and gave my reservation number to be told that I was put down as a no show and my table had been given away to somebody else although I did make it very clear that my wife needed to drive in from Portishead. Wasted my time and my wife's time. This would have been our first experience to this restaurant. My wife has had a similar experience when she previously came with a friend.

Will I ever visit this restaurant again, definitely not. I am being told that Cosmo on the Triangle in Clifton is a million times better, so that's where we are going now and in the future hopefully!
