I had high expectations for Paintbox Catering and Bistro, and I'm pleased to say that they were exceeded. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. I started with the truffle fries, which were perfectly crispy and seasoned. For my main course, I had the braised short ribs, and they were unbelievably tender and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. It's safe to say that I'll be returning to this restaurant again and again.
