First off, let me say, I bought a lemon. The guy who sold us the car had it bandaged pretty well to get it through about 10 days, then the fun started. I took the car in and was given some pretty bad news about it's condition. You might think that this could be a shop just yanking my chain, but when the car was up on the lift, you could clearly see what they were talking about.

Some people would have offloaded the car onto someone else, but I have a conscience, so that was not a possibility. Greg the owner, Corey and Steve (before he left), have been there the whole way from major repairs to nitpicky annoyances.

I have been in this shop enough to know that they do good work and when something goes wrong with a job, they make it right. Ex: My clutch was going out and I had it replaced when it finally got so stiff that I was getting leg cramps from trying to shift. When I got the car back, I noticed that something with the clutch wasn't right immediately. I took it back and they checked it out. After a couple of days the problem got worse. They replaced everything again under the warranty that they give. I do feel like their prices are high sometimes, but sometimes you get what you pay for. If you want to pay the price of a Backyard Mechanic, then take your car to a Backyard Mechanic.

Also, if you have questions, they will SHOW you what is wrong with the car and explain why it is wrong. I have also had estimates from them and they have been consistent. They aren't all over the place as another reviewer stated. If you have your car serviced there, they will keep a log of problem areas for you and they will check on things and let you know when the problem becomes critical and needs immediate attention. They are friendly and nice and they stand by their work.
