I recently purchased some kitchen knives from this company's website, and I have to say that I was quite impressed with the quality of the products. The knives are well-designed and feel sturdy in my hand. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shipping process as my order took longer to arrive than I had expected. Additionally, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness. Overall, the products are good, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of shipping and customer service.
