I recently used this company's services for a project. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their offerings. However, I found the communication with the customer service team to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and there were a few misunderstandings along the way. On the positive side, the project was completed satisfactorily, and the final result met my expectations. The overall experience was average.
