I recently purchased a guitar from this company's website. The selection was decent, and the prices were competitive. However, the shipping process took longer than I expected, and the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. The customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delayed delivery, but there wasn't much they could do to expedite the process. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
