So far I've been waiting for about an hour. My appt was at 1430 and it's 1530 now. The office staff was courteous at check in. The facility isn't too bad. The main issue is that there are a bunch of trucks cluttered & parked in front of the dock area which will make it an adventure to back into a dock, depending on what time you have to back into a dock. The later it is, the less trucks that are there, therefore it's easier to back into a dock. I'll update & let you all know how it all goes.

UPDATE...They finished loading me at 10:40 PM. Very long wait. Personally, I won't be coming back here. Expect long wait times. 1 star for courteous lady at check in & courteous loader that came out to give me the bol.
