I recently used the services of this company and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customization and hands-on support they provided throughout the process. The website was easy to navigate, and the resources available were comprehensive. It was empowering to have control over the design and construction of my project, but I did feel the need for more guidance at times. The project management tools were helpful, but I wished for more detailed instructions for first-time builders. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing clearer instructions and more personalized support. I appreciated the concept of empowering customers to build their vision, but I felt the need for more hand-holding along the way. 😊
