As a customer, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products available on the website. The user interface was simple and easy to navigate. However, I did find the overall customer service to be a bit lacking. I had some inquiries that took longer than expected to receive a response. I appreciate the quality of the products, but the customer experience could use some improvement. Nevertheless, I did find what I was looking for and the shipping was prompt. Overall, I had an average experience and would consider making a future purchase if the customer service is improved. 👍🏼
