DO NOT use this company. I was quoted ~$225 for my 3/2.5 house, monthly clean, which is reasonable. I wound up having them not do 2 of my bedrooms, so they wound up only cleaning 1bedroom and 2.5 baths. I was told over the phone that leaving out rooms would result in some deduction from the cost and that any additional charges for extra work would require my consent. AND YET I was charged almost $400 with NO warning OR explanation. There is no way I would have approved such charges and my husband was home the entire time so they definitely could have consulted us about potential upcharges. The receipt had no details. Cleaning was decent but not beyond basic expectations outlined in our initial agreement.
