TERRIBLE! Transfered to 3 different people who all gave different info. I signed myself and my husband after being told it was get 2 for the price of 1. They never talked to him. I gave MY bank info for the monthly payments. Very soon after I was charged for TWO not one as they said. I called to cancel and get a refund but was told they could only cancel me, that my husband would have to cancel his own. I flipped out saying I am in charge of who takes money from my bank account. I had to dispute the transaction as fraud to get my money back. ALL THESE COMPANIES CAN TAKE STUFF OFF AND PUT IT BACK!!!!!! My husband's credit score went up significantly while working with LL but AS SOON AS the dispute went thru, his score went down lower than when we started. You do the math.
