I must say My Town Auto is an average company. The service was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. I didn't have any issues with their website and the overall process of purchasing a car was smooth. However, I feel like they could improve on their communication with customers. Sometimes it took them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
