The people directing traffic outside are TERRIBLE!...

The people directing traffic outside are TERRIBLE!!! They're just waving people away with no explanation. When we went to ask where we need to park they told us to move because we were blocking traffic. Still no explanation about being full. The guys rather stand there talking to each other than actually help out guests visiting. Such bad customer service!!
